At the network meeting of the 𝗗𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 Netzwerk 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗲𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 (DCNM) at the University of Leipzig, representatives from universities, research institutions, and local governments exchanged views on November 12, 2025, regarding current challenges and opportunities for supporting dual-career partners. The DCNM, based at the LSN, is an active and growing community that now has 38 members. Together, we are committed to ensuring that dual-career partners receive professional guidance and successfully establish their careers in Central Germany. In this way, the DCNM makes a significant contribution to attracting skilled workers to our region.
