Leipzig is an attractive hub for science and research, boasting a high concentration of academic institutions with its universities and non-university research institutes. In 2018, Leipzig’s academic institutions and the City of Leipzig joined forces to form the Leipzig Science Network e. V. We collaborate in research, teaching, knowledge transfer, and administration, creating synergies and sharing infrastructure.
We are committed to promoting the visibility and appeal of Leipzig as a center of science and research, and we support collaborative efforts among our member institutions.
